baseball season is about to start, so i am starting to bet games again. i am going to start track all my picks this year, and since i'll be betting mlb most of the time, i am going to keep the thread in this area...less traffic than the player's section.

ok, to start off...my first pick for today is rockies -125, which is a loss.

purdue is going for the title, but this is a road game for them. they had a easy win against northwestern, so they might not be ajusted to a good team like ohio st on the road. ohio st. on the otherhand has lost like 5 games in a row, they need to show up or they'll be the laughing stock in the big-10. i expect ohio st. to show up from the getgo and purdue to have a lackluster start due to easy win and first road game. that is why i am taking ohio state spread for the 1st half.
