Spring Training Has Been Surprisingly Good to the Bankroll...
I know it's early, but the baseball games have been quite predictable. Of course, things are bound to change by mid-March when the regulars start playing deeper into the games.

can you elaborate on that a little bit? I am new to betting on baseball, and am reading up on it as much as possible....Have the games been going according to the line (favorites winning generally) or according to last years statistics, or what??? Just a noobie trying to get his feet wet

      In all honesty...

It's generally a gut feeling. I love baseball (know the game inside & out). I can generally analyze the teams by looking at off-season trades, batting line-ups, pitching, fielding, overall depth, etc. I don't play any lines over -135, because it's only pre-season baseball: the pitching match-ups aren't posted. I wouldn't recommend that newbies bet on pre-season baseball. It's instinctive handicapping (more than anything else). Continue to read your books, watch the games, shop for the proper lines, and you'll turn a profit. Good Luck.
