Here is a fact. The Giants should be favored in this game. The only reason they are not is because Hamels and the Phillies are a sexier bet. Good luck!

The books have to favor Hamels and the Phils because of the exposure that would have if they made the Phils say +115 or so where the line should be. Cain is a dominant home pitcher and the Giants as well at home. More people will be on the Phils by tonight without question.

Ok, I think I'm making some progress here. so more bets on one side does not mean more money on that side. So in my example PHI -120 to PHI -115 with 79% of bets on PHI, if I understand this correctly this means more money i.e. less bets but larger bets are on SF?
