I but 10 bucks down to win 454....not to shabby for just a messing around parlay. Just trying to decide whether to just gamble the 10 bucks or throw something on SF. That would be hard as I am a Phils fan. Probably just gonna let the 10 ride. I mean it's $10. Blackie is giving that away for free!

Nice friggin' picks man. I hate when those culminate in a loss on the very last game but that looks solid bro

Let it flow. GL. It's just $10.00.
Once, some guy had $100.00 for a $4K Payout and lost it all on the last game.

If you can afford it ,why not throw a few bucks (50-100) on SF , this way your guaranteed $$ , although I Know it's tough to bet against your team, GL either way

Yeah I think I read that. Hard part is they gotta cover 3 runs. Tough one here. Probably just going to let it ride. Maybe bet out of in In-Prog if things start getting dicey....

Hedge forsure, the Phily/SF game will be decided by 2 or less runs, imo. I would hedge this without question.

Ya i wouldn't even bother touching SF and just ride out what might be in a great bet with Hamels hopefully finishing it up for you.

                    THIS!

Anytime you get an opportunity to cash take it. With the payoff what it is you can guarantee a nice return on investment here.

If you wanted to hedge this perfectly (ie, basically cash out now @ guaranteed value), you'll want to put $348 on the Giants (+2.5) assuming (-300) odds, which I just googled and may not match your book's payout.

                          You're guaranteed to make ~ $106 dollars.

Note:Unless someone can point out a mistake, the $348 you put down on the giants is not "really at risk"; actually it's just tied up for the time being (which is bad if you have more profitable opportunities).

You'll make 10x your original bet of $10 (with 348 getting tied up).

Also, if you go through with this hedge; you can safely borrow up to $348 for any other bets or positive-EV opportunities that may present itself.

This is 100% the way to go. The way I look at it, you get $100 in free money. I Never, repeat, Never, turn down free money!

Especially in this spot, with that final wager. On a game with a total of 6.5, with two solid pitchers, the likelyhood of either team winning by 3 is pretty low. Personally, I would take the $$ do a little make a little and say for the free money.

Checking in from my droid to keep you guys updated. At the bar watching this pretty disappointed in my Phils but didnt quite hedge properly. Took SF + 1.5 (-155) to win a 100. I know this is stupid and hope I don't get unlucky with the Phils winning by 2. Figured the game would be one way or another. Still wish my Phils pull this thru. Down 3 as I'm typing this.

If you're going to hedge that way, you'll want to put about 282 on the Giants. But you will get crushed if the Giants lose by exactly 2 (which isn't looking too likely).

You'll almost lock in ~ $182 (but lose everything on giants losing by 2).

Just realized that those odds probably don't exist anymore, but looks like you'll be getting your $100.
