If you play this your basically eliminating Tampa from the game. They wont score just 1 run again today. So if you think the Rangers will put up 4+ runs, play the over, and watch the rays score as well.

im already on over 4. shields is not the same pitcher he was 2 years ago. im also on texas moneyline (+118 i think)
