I get CJW at + money against Shields, who gave up 17 runs in his last 16.1 IP to finish the regular season?
A lot of value there IMHO.

Is Shields the only guy they can count on for this game? I'd take Garza ahead of Shields. I think the Rays have given up.

They're both junk, frankly.
I'm starting to wonder if this series only sees 3 games.

It's looking that way. The Rangers should win the Lewis/Garza matchup at home. So if they beat Shields tomorrow, then the series is over.

If TExas wins tomorrow then everyone will jump out of TB's bandwagon. Rangers will be overvalued by books with an avg pitched on the mound and they'll lose game 3.
But I love CJ for tomorrow.

I think we'll get a better line on Texas tomorrow. I believe the public will fall for the "must-win" angle and pound the Rays.

If Rangers win, Colby Lewis or Tommy Hunter will pay.

The Rays offense is going to make it hard for any of their pitchers. There's a good chance they are going to get their 10th under in a row.

wilson owns lefties which is always good. shields is a rocky pitcher who has been utterly terrible, no way i would put money on him. as well tampa cant put back to back hits together, i dont like tampa at all tomorrow.
rangers FTW!

Rangers seem too easy, their lineup is just so much better than the Rays and Wilson is better than Shields. Gotta take the + money here.

Did u just call a pitcher who has pitched a No-hitter this season "junk"?

I'll be the huckleberry, I like the Rays tomorrow. And before anyone says it's Pat the Homer I took the Rangers today. Lee and plus money? All day long boys, all day long. Rays make this a series tomorrow, Tampa 7-3 at the Trop. 'Nuff said.

The Rays did win 96 games in the toughest division in baseball. They lost one game to a very seasoned postseason pitcher. CJ Wilson is anything but. Keep things in perspective.

It is a must win for the Rays so you know they really need this game. I like the Rays just based on that fact.

Garza's a No. 4 starter who has a career ERA of 4. Nothing more, nothing less. Mediocre.

The only thing that worries me about this play is CJW's September. He looked like he was running out of gas in what was otherwise an outstanding season.
In any event, he wasn't as putrid as Shields was late.

CJ will be juiced for this game, no doubt about it. Rangers RL/ML sprinkle
