Does Yankees have better matchup?

Does the yankees have better matchup against the twins compared to Texas?
I mean if they win the division, they will have to face cliff lee who owns them..

But since TB will be facing Texas and Yankees will be facing twins..
I think tb and yanks will both advance..
Sorry If I'm wrong, i admit I am new to baseball but that's how I see it..

Twins were the best hitting team against lefties during regular season. They are facing Pettitte and CC.

I see no big edge to any of the sides on this series.

I think TB advances NO PROBLEM...Sad to say but LEE will be wasted because the first game at home is TAMPA's

NYY will OWN minnie in my opinion...CC hasnt pitched against them all year, but he owned them last year...plus, NYY have OWNED liriano this year, and LAST...

So i think NYY take game 1 and for minnie its an uphill battle from there on..which, against the yanks in the post season, its no easy task...

in giraldi mind, I think the answer should be "yes".

otherwise, why he kept "playing" around in last 10 games or so and end up giving the lead to rays? Be honest, regardless of what he said in media, we all know yanks should be winning the division if they really want to....

Twins arent playing good, but they will be back in playoffs.

I don't think any team has it easy, but Twins are tough at home. On the other hand Twins have been in a bit of a slump lately so we shall see if they can bounce back for playoffs.

I think it doesn't really matter either way for the Yanks when looking at the team they play. I think it is bigger that they didn't win the East because they lose the home field advantage (43-38 away this year). Regardless of Twins or Rangers (obviously Twins now), they would have been better suited to play 3 of the 5 at home. The Yanks have the most talent of any team in the AL, so I think they will win, but it won't be easy.

yeah..honestly I think NYY would rather have that Killer homefield int eh playoffs....i dunno...regardless im takin it game by game
