I was getting on the forum to create a thread titled "Tim Lincecum is a virtual Lock tonight, right?"

side note:: Isn't he pitching on 3 days rest? didnt they move him up to tonight so he could pitch in a sunday game, or a tiebreak, or gm1?
I did just learned that pitchers' control is better on shorter rest. (mlb network)

Lincecum pitched fantastic last outing in Colorado. He has picked up a slider from working with Matt Cain and has been unhittable this month. Location is good, velocity is up, changeup is back. That said, I am not sure about -1.5 as the giants have a knack for being involved in 1-0, 2-1 games. Also, it is very hot in the bay area tonight and balls might be jumping. Go for the moneyline, even though it's a bit high. BOL all!

I agree...would hate to have the Giants win 3-2 and be pissed on missing the ML...it's a lot of juice...but it's an easy call too. Giants ML for me.

I don't like playing O/U in giants games. They score zero runs against wells, then next night score 9 runs in the 2nd inning against dempster. You can pretty much flip a coin on the O/U.

right. what i said. moved him up. less rest. 5 full 24 hours between starts, but that would be considered 4 days rest. not 5, but certainly not three.
