I think I saw a similar post yesterday and did no good. The twins obviously care more about getting players healthy than having home field advantage for 1 series. As long as that is the case expect for them to lose. They are basically conceding these games. Its not just the talent that is gone from the lineup its the mindset which is why the pitchers have been getting shelled by the lowly Royals. The Royals also have a bunch of MLB wannabes that think this is their playoff run. Don't underestimate motivation in late season baseball games.

I don't see Baker practicing throwing like SHIT the way BLACKBURN obviously did yesterday. Gardenhire is going to tell Baker to pitch well & not throw the game

LOSING is fine, but having your starting pitchers get BLOWN OUT into the post-season cannot build confidence.

The fact Baker is on the outside looking in related to the playoff rotation is the only positive motivation I see for the Twins tonight. Sounds like Mauer is not going to play again tonight so basically the same pathetic lineup for the Twins. This is like game 7 of the Royal's world series so I can't see them losing tonight. Is a pathetic routine that happens every year in KC. Their wannabe lineup beats up on a bunch of playoff teams that have shut it down and give hope that next year will be better. When everybody wakes and starts playing teams that care again, its back to a reality and out of playoff contention by early May. Never bet against the Royals in the last few weeks.
