Philly/Washington and Florida/Atlanta Total of 7

Anyone here think these totals of 7 are just too low? Looks a bit suspicious here. Marquis has 7 ERA but has been pitching well. Hudson is very good but anyone think these totals are just way too low for these 2 games?
