Ok I just decided to go down a HUGE list of games I am considering tonight and do a brief break down why I like the play and considering it. I will post what I actually do as the games get closer.. I highlight the line movement for my purposes and yours if you wish
Yanks/Blue Jays UNDER 8.5
I like the line movement in this game as on pinny it was 8.5 over -117 when it started and now is at -106. On 5 dimes it was 8.5 over -125 and now -110. Movement is definitely favoring the UNDER thus far.
Sabathia has good career numbers against the Blue Jays with UNDER 8-3.
This is a big game for the Yankees as they want to clinch tonight. Toronto hitters struggle against Sabathia and Yankees have not been hitting the ball as well lately.
Toronto has not been hitting the ball either lately and struggle more against lefties.
I expect little offense tonight with a Yankees win. I think this would at most be worth a small play though. Watch line movement. Drabek has not shown that much in his starts but is definitely capable of holding off Yankees bats. I know him from being in the Phillies organization. He is a talented righty that can definitely pitch a good game. In his 2 starts gave up 3 runs in 6 innings against the Orioles and 3 runs in 5 innings against the Mariners.. Yanks have not seen him before and that should help him too.

One thing I like about this line is that he hasn’t moved since it opened. To me, if it moves in favor of UNDER, great indication to hit it.
Pelfrey has been great at home this season with a 2.87 ERA and his last 3 starts he has had a 2.11 ERA At home UNDER is 10-6 for Pelfrey and his last 3 starts have all gone UNDER.
Wolf is pitching the best he has ever pitched in his career. He has a .78 ERA his lasrt 3 starts giving up 1, 1, and 0 runs against the Reds, Cubs, and Giants.
Brewers are 5-2 UNDER their last 7 games. 16-7 UNDER in September. That is a good indicator for a team that is normally an OVER team. 10-6 UNDER with a day off, rain yesterday caused them not to play.
Mets are an UNDER team and a lot of stats favor UNDER for them.

Price has very good numbers career wise against the Orioles, team going 4-0 with a 2.57 ERA. Only reason I won’t bet Rays tonight is Bergensen is hot and there is definitely some good value on the Orioles tonight.
