This is the SAME EXACT situation as last night when it was 12.5. I'm pretty sure most people are on the under for the Cubs game, but again, the over is the play. The situation is, I can pull the trigger vs Bumgarner but I'm not sure if I can pull it vs Wainwright, someone talk me into the OVER even though I know its right.
