        As great as Felix is, he hasn't had much success vs. Toronto and the Mariners are still last in the Major Leagues in batting, which makes them very risky as decided ROAD favorites like this. Hill hasn't been a world-beater, but he hasn't been horrid either and the Mariners have made worse pitchers than him look like Cy Young.
