im not sure if the rays are due or not. i just like the pitching matchup . the rays want to win these games bad they wont go anywhere without a fight. i like the rays in this spot. do we know if phil hughes is 100% or not? ill take my chances.

Yesterday I liked the over but didn't play it.
For some reason today it feels like it will go under the 9.5

Anyone else on the under?
No real logic definitely both pitchers have some question marks lately just seems neither offense is really clicking right now despite the high scores last night. Either pitcher is capable of pitching well though, 9.5 is a high number and feels like a 5-3 win or something similar is coming tonight, no clue on who wins so total seems a better play to me.
