Latos/Lincecum results in another 5.5 line
Not long after Latos/Kershaw had a 5.5 line (Padres won 2-1), we have another Padres homegame with Latos starting and a 5.5 line.

only time i can remember totals like this was when pedro martinez was pitching against guys like roger clemens

and they would still go under - pedro was an under animal for a while winning every game like 3-1

sooner or later one of these sd/sf games is going over but i'm not smart enough to pick which one so i'll stick with under

Funny thing some of us here were punching Lincecum's ticket to Fresno just a few weeks ago.

should be another under? If not for sudden 6 HRs on first game, all three games of these series will only have one run scored in it.

Of course, that considered Lincecum wont go "wild"

At first, I thought I never saw so many 6.5's. Then, mostly due to SD, ther were more ethan a handful of 6's. Now, I can't even remember 5.5's, even with Pedro, etc. If someone says they existed, ten I guess they did, I just don't remember them.
I don't care if 10 in a row come in on the under side, principle alone won't let me get down on and under here.

We have a 5.5 total in baseball today!

San Diego vs San Fran (Lincecum/Latos)

I still like it under since I think that Stan Diego wins this game. Nothing better for the under when you dont have the bottom of the 9th

runs are so down this year compared to last year and this is the lowest runs per game it's been in bases for quite some time.

ball just isn't flying anymore. ball is now dead.. there's no more oomph in those hits. maybe because all the steroid users have stopped taking it cause they are scared now because of testing..

baseball scores have turned into NHL scores.. tons of 3-1 games now.. pitching has taken over baseball now and hitting has taken a back seat.. too bad cause i miss those 6-5 games.

Nicky I think your dead on about the steroid thing It's taken the edge away from alot of players.
Mlb is trying to play it off as the year of the pitcher's but I think think it the year of drug free hitters
