i dont think i can take correia against Kershaw tomorrow

in his last 3 starts against the padres kershaw has given up 3 total earned runs

Correria has been lit up in his last 2 starts, although both were against the hot arizona bats and im not sure what he will throw tomorrow

Latos will start today against Kershaw. Trust me, the Padres are protecting Latos as they are trying to find ways to skip Correia and maybe LeBlanc from the rotation and now rely on Stauffer. The week of the All-Star break, they put Latos on the 15-day DL for a "oblique" strain. They were just trying to save his innings of pitching and save him for the postseason. With moving Latos, he should be facing Lincecum in the Giants 4 game series.

ha, of course. I took the Dodgers last night. I may have hit a couple of those Pads' losses, esp against the phils, I cant remember, but I feel like I may have just ended that streak for them.
