Going to my first Baseball game tomorrow - Seattle @ Oakland

Never seen a live game of baseball and thought f*ck it i'l go to Oakland. Been staying up in Sacramento the last 2 weeks either side of the Bash so going to check it out.

Really want a big bet on Oakland and the Under 7 double bet for around +190. Anderson has been solid, as has Vargas but the lack of offense for the Mariners (11 runs in their last 5 games) coupled with Oakland's record as a favourite and bounce back spot from losing to the Angels yesterday suggests the home win is the right bet.
I don't like the juice on Anderson but whereas Vargas has lost winnable games, Anderson has lost his last 2 to Burnett and the Yanks, and Hunter and the Rangers. No shame in that at all.

His last 6 starts have seen just one game go over 2 era - 4 against Texas.

Vargas has allowed 15 runs in his last 19 innings, 37 runs on 67 AWAY innings pitched for a 2-4 away record.
Oakland have won the last 5 at home h2h and with 3 of the last 4 going over, inc. the last 2, i am looking for some under trends to come back. Like the under trends both carry after a respective win/loss last time out.

Vargas is young and talented, but he has no fastball. Once he needs to get someone out, problems arise due to his weak arm.

I dont trust Braden Anderson either. Although he has faced stiff competition, he hasnt shown much promise since coming back from the DL.


The reason you bet Oakland, is their spectacular day game record.

The OVer/Under is a tossup to me, b/c I dont trust Vargas or Andersen.

Dam that was close, i was hoping for the push but tbh, it was a very god game. Lots of hits/fly's etc and good fielding. Shame a sac fly type play meant it lost in the 9th
