That would be a mistake my friend. Pelfrey has established himself as a legitimate 2nd tier "ace".... if there is such a thing. He is a psuedo-stud...and he'll shut down the Nats tomorrow. I predict 8 innings and 12K's.

Pelfrey has no strike out pitch. I mean it doesnt exist. He get 0-2 on batters, then slowly the count goes to 3-2, b/c he doesnt throw the ball over the plate.

No Pelphrey is not going to strike out 12. I was being flippant with that comment. Didn't really give it any thought.

The main thing I want to get across is that I think the Mets win a game. That was the purpose of the thread.
