If the elbow trouble truly was his problem last year, Jennings is as good a starting pitcher as available without a trade right now. Plus he hated Houston from the start, and maybe will be happier back in his original stomping grounds around Dallas. Only place I see reporting this, however, is the Dallas Morning Rumor.
