the value sucks on the rays though.. and i do see a few solid trends against them.. milwood is awful..

GARZA is 8-1 when starting against BALTIMORE with an ERA of 3.14 and a WHIP of 1.172.His team's record is 8-3 (+2.4 units) in these starts. The OVER is 2-8. (-6.5 units)..

Baltimore has been playing better as of late. Garza owns Baltimore but the last time he played at Baltimore he got destroyed. Tampa caught the L but he didn't catch the L on his record. I think he gets L this time.Comment -
