i think rl should be the play to avoid eating the chalk but it should be a small play, oakland proved today they are capable of sticking around with the yankees

* Braden will have problems, this is not Oakland, this is Yankee Stadium. Last (and only) time he was here he got lit up (7 ER over 5.2 innings) and A-Rod was not playing then either.
*C.C. hasn't been lights out, fair enough, but the team has still 12 RL wins over the last 17 starts. + most of his shitty numbers against Oakland comes from Cleveland.
*Oakland has only a BA of .239 against lefties the last ten, compared to Yankees .310.

Sometimes you can't turn your head. This goes for car wrecks, fine sunsets, and any game that has C. B. Bucknor behind the plate. When Bucknor is calling a game you know something interesting is going to happen. It could be C. B.'s atrocious work calling strikes, his awful attitude, or just the general cloud that perpetually hangs over C. B.'s head wherever he goes......

Bucknor has always been considered an Over pitcher. So far this year he is 17-10 Over. Probably more to do with his incredible inconsistent strike zone making it very difficult on any pitcher. FWIW anyway.
