solid value in baltimore in my opinion. becket hasnt been himself this year(clearly) and baltimore hitters do pretty well against beckett(avg wise). i have balt as one of my picks but im taking today off so i didnt actually bet it. GL to ya BTJ.

as a boston fan though, sure is sickening to see our lineup so banged up this year. 17 games above .500 and 7 games back...lol

Beckett is also NOT at home....and he sucks. I've seen him get rocked a few times the last couple of months. The Orioles have upset some teams. Expect Beckett to leave with his tail between his legs.

Beckett has pitched terrible this year. He has looked better of late but still inconsistent. I would take Boston but Brian Matusz has been pitching up to his hype recently.

i live in boston and know the red sox as good as anyone. beckett is not the same these days, obviously. that being said you have him against the orioles here at a decent price so for those looking for a good spot this might one of them. for me i am passing.

Matusz has pitched very well as of late, like everyone else has mentioned, But how often do you see Beckett at -140 vs a team that is 20 games below 500? it's worth a shot taking Beckett at such a small #
