Line movement on underdogs

Hi guys,

What do you think is the best time to bet when you are on underdogs plays ?

I think early lines often are not the best ones but would like your advice... is there also any team that you will systematically bet early, middle or wait the last minute ?

Is it a good strategy to check early movements and conclude that the line will move in the same way during the day
