My opinion is Manny leaving will boost moral for the team. It may not be immediately but it should happen. Manny had a bad attitude and obviusly didn't want to be with the Dodgers anymore. What's more of interest to me is how the move to Chicago will effect the White Sox. I think Manny steps his game up now.
