I have done some data crunching for dates of 8/18-8/21 and 8/24-8/28. Win and lost record for lines -115/-145, -150/-170, and -175/+. Here are the records total for those favorite to win in these 9 days:
-115/-145 had 29 wins, 22 lost with a 57% winning pct for favorites.
-150/-170 had 14 wins, 16 lost with only 48% winning pct for favorites.
-175/+ had 14 wins, 15 lost with only 48% winning pct for favorites.
In all, favorites have only been winning 52% of the time. So if we have a good 15 games going on, it's a strong possibility 6-8 of those games will be won from under dogs. Bad point is trying to fish them all out since certain games favorites should take games easily but haven't. Thought I'd toss this out there for you guys.
