"There are times to take a good look at a top rated pitcher, and know when he has proven to be at his best. Tim Hudson over the last 3 seasons, has allowed 4 runs or more in a game just 11 times, one of those being his last outing. he is in the midst of perhaps his best year ever, and he is in the best situation he could be in to be a very strong play on. Hudson in his previous 10 starts following allowing 4 runs or more, has come back to pitch 71.2 innings and allow a total of 8 runs. That works out to an ERA of 1.00. He is definately at his best after a shaky outing. The Braves are 8-2 in the 10 games, both on the moneyline and runline. They have outscored the opponent 54-25 in the 10 games, or by just about 3 runs a game. Hudson is 9-3 at home with a 1.87 ERA. Nolasco was scratched from his scheduled start Sunday against the Astros after it had been revealed he tore the meniscus in his right knee when he was attempting to tie his shoe. He is hoping to get the start on Saturday against the Braves after he was able to complete a bullpen session on Wednesday. He certainly is going to be iffy for this one. I'm going with the Braves in this one on the runline (-1.5 +122)"
