but with all of that said, if you have to rely on another poster for picks, you probably shouldnt be gambling

My thoughts exactly. This has nothing to do with blindly tailing people. I would never do that, shit I barely tail people as it is, as I've made 98% of my OWN picks in my thread. Just trying to get a sense of who people respect and use as a BENCHMARK, or tool if you will. Unfortunately some people do fall into the blind tailing category, but hey to each their own. I learn ON A DAILY BASIS from LB..if he goes big big on a game its really worth a check...also, he is awesome talking about lines with...

VG is great to check and see whats up..constantly succesfull, but too many plays..if you gonna tail him, gotta tail all of them IMO...but good nonetheless...

I love checkin out SONNYBABYS picks...he can get ON FIRE and play 9 10 games and cash all them in a heart beat...really profitable playing games with him and discussin

Sawyer definetely smart and great to check ANY play he throws out..always picks his spots and have learned from his motto although he might not know it...

Therber is brilliant. LBs thread is good too.

I always also look out for (and I know they are touts, but i rate them) Pimike and Teddy Covers.

I think Danrman knows his stuff or is getting there. Definately +EV

That being said, I need to look over a play and like it as well. If these guys are against me, i'll usually drop my units or not play it, or if they are with me, i'll up them.

I would completely disagree... Despite the intent of what I think you mean... I think, that if someone completely tailed Paco, Mr. Profit, G's Picks.. VG etc etc... and did NOT deviate from any play but what they put down, there would be MANY, MANY Investors out there turning a profit...

Where I think MOST people go wrong, is that we want to be a part of our own picks... Use "OUR" own skillz etc... and really, THAT's where we shouldn't be gambling if we aren't as skilled as those others...

I won't rely on myself to rewire my house... Or to remodel my bathroom, even if I could... If I want to gamble and rely on a trusted cappers opinion, that's EXACTLY why I SHOULD be gambling...

Just a different way to think about things...

A Dime better following to the letter Paco, VG, G's Picks, and Mr. Profit as examples, is probably up over 100k right now in the 4 months... Without their own greed and stupidity mucking it up...

I think blindly tailing someone can be a useful tool to make money whilst a person is learning how to cap on their own but it can ONLY work if you 100% commit to one capper that has a proven history of success and play every one of their picks each day. It's when people mix and match between people and picks that they run into trouble. Sure if you see 2 cappers whom you respect on the same play then you may wish to increase your bet size a little but eliminating a pick because those same 2 cappers disagree will lead you into trouble in the long run. Remember - it is those plays that helped to comprise that person's winning % in the first place and that's what initially attracted you to them. If you ditch those plays, you're going to eventually miss out on the opportunity to realise that same winning % by making decisions that you're not admittedly ready to make - thus why you're blindly tailing in the first place.

And thank you for including me amongst these cappers. It is beyond flattering but completely unwarranted. I'm just trying to make a buck or two betting on some tennis while having fun with the guys in my thread at the same time. I still have a lot to improve on myself as I feel my learning process will never end whilst I continue to sports bet.
