Anyone ever got denied getting paid at a local?

I just went to my local casino and they denied paying me a winning ticket.
Twins mL +120 sunday aug 22 2010 which ended 4-0 for the twins.

Strange is that they did pay me +300$ for another winning ticket that I gave them.

I made them print a ePOS and took back my ticket. On the print says:
Status: Graded, Lose

Glitch in their grading? anyone else ever had this?

edit: yes its an old ticket, got lost in my wallet

denied getting paid != Graded, Lose .... just go back and they will see the mistake.

I went to the cashier, made them scan it again but they said the ticket is a lose

It happens sometimes. Probably the wrong grade in their computer system. You don't have any way of challenging the error?

well I still have the ticket and mlb.com has the score posted. other than that I don't see what more proof they want

bring the print out from mlb and ask to talk to the manager
let them know what happen and show them the results
