If it's hard to lay the bet don't lay the bet.. There's nothing that indicates any lean for the total or ml in this game.. Just leave it alone and cap another game

I'm on the opposite side. Phillies have been awful and no reason to think they will magically snap out of it. Both Chase and Howard are still not up to speed from coming back from the DL. They have been relying on Cooch way to much for run support. I am on the under today. If this game goes over it is soley because Kendrick and the pen blows up the score board. Other than that gl with your wager. One of us will win

Wandy has given up 41 ER in 69.2 IP on the road in 12 outings.. That roughly translates into 3 ER in 5.2 IP per away game.. Kendrick at home has given up 39 ER in 64.1 IP during 12 home starts.. That roughly translates into 3 ER in 5.1 IP per home game.. Together on average their giving up 6 ER before the 6th inning.. If you trust those numbers to be true then do you trust the bullpen's to not give up 3 ER in 4 innings combined?.. It's a risky play both ways and one you shouldn't make unless your an action junkie.. But good luck with whatever you choose =)

I'm more of a Phillies junkie. Regardless of the stats and averages you have to look at the what have you done lately. If you translate that, it becomes nothing. It is a risky path to go down but the Phils can't even stand on base without getting picked off.

Astros at +160 and the under. Wandy is dominant. Phils cant hit. Kendrick is due for a good one today. W-L-W-L last four.
I hope I am totally wrong tho. I usually am.

The reason why you don't bet on your favorite team: you are biased. This is a very difficult thing for me, too. I think the Phils will win every game, and especially coming off of a loss. I lost almost 500sbr over the last 2 nights on the phils.
root for your team, watch every game. just don't bet on them. look somewhere else.

It is a disgrace to get swept by the Astros. I think they pull this one out but who knows. They lose to shitty teams. I can't imagine how their isn't a fire under their asses as the Braves are starting to faulter and the only reason they didn't take over first is because Braves keep coming back in the 9th of every game. Yesterdays Braves game was the deciding factor on why I would rather take my baseball money to NFLX.

What's really tight, though? in the midst of this offensive meltdown, the Braves also get swept in Col. It doesn't affect us in the standings whatsoever. It's a beautiful thing, and another reason why we win the East... running away. It's not even sept yet.

Im saying this is a COMPLETELY different Wandy. Sure, you can list his season numbers... but his starts through 7/1 were starts of a completely different player.
Wandy is back. His control is back. His numbers are stellar. Look at his last starts, not his season splits.
What Im saying is... that if you consider his splits on the season, you are looking at something that is no longer relevant. And those splits are probably against teams that could score runs, that weren't getting picked off on walks and making bonehead plays. the phils are on drugs right now... and Wandy isFUCKING rolling.

I love reading that the Phillies are upset and they will score, and the Kendrick is DUE for a good game. People, if upset translated to scoring and winning then every team would make it a point to piss off their player before every game! If a pitcher is DUE for a good game then every team would hold their players out until they thought they were due. If you are honestly making a bet on those principles and philosophies do yourself a favor.............. STOP!!!!!!!!!!!! Wandy is not solid on the road and Kendrick's stuff isn't that good, I can go into a bevy of stats as to why you should back the over in this game but I do the research for myself and don't need to repost numbers that anybody can find.

Just don't bet games on a hunch! Do your homework, and wager wisely.

There are 3 solid plays with value on the board today. One is the over in the Hou/Phi game, one is Oak -117 and the other is Det +130. I am simply stating which games offer you the best value and your best chances to make money.
