Last week the cards hosed me, shot my roll all to hell. Last thurs went all in on yanks and hit. The phils can bring me back. they gotta start scorin sometime, why not tomorrow?

i suppose it also depends what all in means for you and whether YOU can afford it... if you're only talking about a few hundred, its a very different question than if you're talking about thousands.

i know everyone will talk about managing their roll and betting percentages of it, but when i started, i was happy to play a larger percentage of the roll, well aware of the risk of wiping myself out. the plan was to keep the unit size the same when i hit my target, which i have, and work from there.

I wouldn't touch the Phils game personally...you never know what you are going to get out of Kendrick and their offense sucks right now. Trust me they are pissing me off too man.

I lost over 400 sbr yesterday on the phils.
I have been saying for months now that I would stop betting on my own team. It hurts more when it loses and clearly Imfucking biased.
I was rollin' but now have hit that baseball rut, and honestly, it's all the Phillies' fault.
It's time, for me especially, to start looking elsewhere.
recognize the ruts and the streaks.
It's time to start paying more attention to the Padres.
And the Cubs seem to be rolling...

stop laying -340, there are perfect times to bet the phillies. they were +money 5 times in their last 20 games or so and won all of them as dogs. were you betting them then? it's all situational and value.

many smart people go broke using this theory.
Instead try a ride the hot hand theory, not that I condone going all in but if I had to choose I would rather ride the SD over ARI again today vs. the hoping the Phillie bats wake up today!

The Braves were "due" yesterday, somehow I was able to stay away. The dogs ate it up yesterday.

Agree 100%. Ride the hot teams not the due factor. I was sorry to see you went through with the bet after Many brought solid adverse points to the table. No offense but you almost deserve to lose dater your fellow mates were trying to talk you out of it and I don't think one supported your argument. I mean whats a forum for then?

Padres are a great example cashed for me last two night they look good some I'm going again tonight. I'd much rather take a good hot team against a bad cold team than try to do the opposite with the phils stros
