Can someone explain to me what happen on Detroit 1st inning 3rd base???

Can someone please explain to me why the judge gave a walk from 2nd to 3rd base for Detroit? what happend?

It was a balk. The pitcher was set, then made a twitch move off the mound, which is illegal. The runner gets to advance.
