    If I had any guts . . .
. . . I'd take every dime in my account and push it through the betting window on Oakland tonight.

I'm not understanding why Cahill isn't higher than -135/-140. The A's are 15-5 in the last 20 games he's started, and in these games he's given up 0, 1 or 2 earned runs in 14 of them. This is good enough for me.

It's the perception that Talbot is one of the premiere young pitchers and I'd assume they believe as well as the public does that this is going to be a pitching duel.. Also Oakland doesn't perform well in this situation going 7-8 after game 1 wins.. The Indians also hit better in this situation at just under 5 runs compared to Oakland at just at 4 runs

Cahill has been very solid.. This is NOT the spot to get back on track tho.. They're are other games with far more value than this game.. The Indians have more than a fighting chance to win this game

Talbot a premier pitcher? Who thinks that? He had a fluke April in which he did ok. Didn't TB release him in the offseason?

He has a 4 ERA in 22 games in which he's 8-10.. Those are good numbers for a young pitcher playing on a very bad team.. He isn't a premiere pitcher but at one point he was considered a very very well thought of pitcher for a team that needed some ray of hope.. At this point he's an average to above average pitcher who get's it done 50 percent of the time.. It's hard to win more when your offense isn't giving you anything and as soon as you leave the game the bullpen screws you over

Its a road fav. Those types of wagers are always scary.

I laid 675 on it anyway. Indians suck, Talbot sucks, and Oakland like to beat up on bad teams.

I would encourage you to use effective money management. I learned the hard way going big on one play here and there can really hurt you.
