imo bankroll managment is key. everyone saying to go all in is wrong because if he loses his whole bankroll in one play that is dumb. what if his bank roll was 2k would it change everybody from sayin go all in? everyone has different limits and if you bet real money you would know that 200 bucks is not a little. everyone with monopoly money can easily say bet it all. pick your spots and get that bankroll up...gl
will have a 200 bankroll and see what i can do with it

I agree, i think what people are saying is that my bankroll is 2 small for me to be that conservative, they think its pointless to have a $20 play...saying the reward is 2 little and 2 slow, unless i am doing for pure enjoyment...
therefore a bigger bankroll would lead to a better money management:bigger amount /unit and smaller % of my BR
That being said, i did decide to go the conservative way, and play for 20/game
Like the previous post stated, i will learn a lot, and will enjoy what i am doing i hope!Comment -

#40Definitely co-sign as well. The people that are suggesting all-in or even 1/4th of your roll per bet may well have their rationale but I think any gambler will tell you that the process (grinding) only makes you appreciate your work that much more when it pays off.
Good luck whatever route you choose, but a caveat, it's definitely easy to love gambling when you're winning but the hard part is maintaining discipline when you hit a streak of "bad luck."
thats the quote of the day here for meand i for sure agree

#41It took me about a month to build the bankroll up to around $2000 just from $220 when I started it. I never went all in. Staying discipline with money management is the key. The largest bet I made was only $50 when I only had $220. That's only for the plays I really felt confident in. There is nothing wrong with betting small and building your bankroll slowly. I was betting a lot of $10 to $20 bets to build my bankroll slowly during the whole time. Of course, the situation now is different when I have a bigger bankroll as I can afford to bet $100 per game. Stay discipline with your money management and build bank slowly; you can afford to increase your bets once you have bigger bankroll. Also avoid large parlays. They are the biggest donations to the bookies. I never play more than 3 teams parlay. Also avoid high juice game. Set yourself a limit on how much juice you are willing to pay in a straight wager. Staying discipline and avoiding high juice is the way to be successful in gambling. Good luck with your project.Comment -
