I am not sure what happened between Ryan Howard and 3rd Base ump Scott Barry but with 1 strike Ryan Howard Check swung and it was called a strike. Howard got mad and Barry acted like an ass on tv putting his hands on his hips and showing up Howard. So then when Howard check swung with 2 strikes there was no doubt that not matter how close Barry was calling Howard out and then Howard went nuts. Make sure when the game is over check out mlb to see the play. Barry to the AB personal and thats what pissed off Howard..

Who knows anything about Scott Barry??? is he an known ass?

After the 1st check swing you would've thought Howard raped Barry's mom. what the hell did Howard ever do to him. After the 2nd check you knew he was calling him out no matter what. Howard def held his swing. I watch every Phils game and this is the strangest I've ever seen.

Both??? What were you watching, MLB.com Gameday??? I don't think any argument could be made about the first swing...I never caught a replay on the Astros broadcast of the second one, but you'd have to be blind, Ryan Howard or a Phillies fan to think he didn't swing the first time.
