Pirates have been .500ish last two seasons at home; usually as underdogs. Plus the Cards money burning unpredictability this season especially with both carpenter and weinghtright losing multiple chalky games should make them an auto no play on the road at that price.(losing overall record on the road). Plus their offence is totally feast or famine (remember the 20 inning mets game earlier this season which was 0-0 through 18 innings). Their offence was susceptible to cold streaks last season as well. They are nice plays as dogs though because their streaky nature would work for you in that regard.
