Taiwan sends a national team to this tournament. Canada sends the local area team that won the national championship, just like American teams do.

I get sick of hearing that a pitcher who throws 73mph off the mound from 48ft is the MLB equivalent of 98mph or whatever they keep repeating. It isn't the same thing at all.
