Oak scores on Garza so called balk.

Just had redsox on and it showed the play from the tampa and oakland game.

Oakland has bases loaded, Garza shakes off a call(didnt do it in an unorthodox way or anything, just a normal head shake) and he gets called for a balk. Did anyone else see this? Did he do something i didn't see? Really odd call.
