Stop chasing and betting favorites all the times. That will stop you from losing. Don't put your money on high juice games. Just because they are favorites don't mean they will win all the times.

Which plays of Cappinpicks would you fade? the ones he actually plays or the ones he claims that he played? or, the ones that he changes after the game starts? or the ones that he purposely words vaguely so after the fact he can claim he was on the winning side?

Look for pitching imbalances. Try not to bet games where pitchers are evenly matched.
I made a mistake today by taking the Braves over the Cubs, but when you look at the pitching they were very close in terms of record 8-8 versus 6-7. The ERA imbalance was around .4 but the records also factor in. I'm totally ignoring bull pens at the moment.

Baseball is tough because there are so many games everyday. It is easy to find yourself betting too many games just trying to recoup losses. Try narrowing it down to 1 or 2 plays you feel are the best for the day and make your bankroll back slowly. Another thing is to stay away from huge favorites!!! I see so many people betting these huge favs for a lot and getting burned. The key is to find the best value on the board. BOL to you, try not to get down. Everyone hits a rough patch every now and again.

These guys don't learn anything from their losses! They keep making the same mistakes over and over! Hell they don't even know how much they have won or lost! 95% of all gamblers lose money and on this board it might be closer to 99%!

Baseball is tough. Too much can happen on one swing of the bat. Hard to handicap a sport in which one AB can be the difference in winning or losing ATS.

I think the biggest reason people lose at baseball is b/c there is more opportunity. It's unlike any sport with the number of games played per day/week/month. It's like playing a casino game, the longer you keep playing, the lower your odds of winning get.
Stay disciplined. You don't have to bet every single day.
