Saturday early game, NY vs Seattle

The last time Seattle came to NY they won 2 out of three, and this series has seattle taking the first game, and today.

I'm taking vargas and +1.5 at +105. vargas has a 1.29 start against NY and has pitched well lately going for his fourth straight win, and fifth win in six starts.

Am I missing anything here?

Yanks are averaging nearly 7 runs a game against lefties at home as well as after a loss.. In the same situation M's average 3 runs away and 4 runs after a win against a right handed pitcher.. Vargas 4.43 ERA away giving up 30 ER in 60 innings.. He pitches much better during the day than at night with a 2.67 ERA vs a 3.46 ERA.. Vazquez Has a 4.86 ERA at home giving up 27 ER in 50 innings.. He pitches much worse during the day than at night with a 6.16 ERA vs a 4.35.. While Vazquez definitely has the worse numbers in the pitching match-up the Yanks have the far superior hitting numbers in this situation.. It's hard to take a +1.5 considering the Yanks feast on relievers and Vargas on average only goes roughly 6.1 innings into games.. Just some things to think about.. Good luck with your bet =)

Yanks perform in game 2's of a series going 12-5 after a game 1 loss.. If anything yesterday was their hammock day because it will be much easier today to get after a leftie in vargas (which they do much much better at) than it was a rightie in king felix yesterday.. Impossible to bet vasquez at -200+ though because he isn't worth it.. Also the season series is at 4-4.. In the yanks 4 wins they've won by 6 5 2 and 2.. So it's either you think the M's will beat them outright at amazing value or you think the yanks will get it done.. Not much middle ground.. That said I'm loving the over =)

You can lose your money if you want but I have a nice write up on this game and Seattle doesn't even have a chance in hell with winning even with the +1.5.

It's not a trap it's just not as much value as the M's money line is.. Yanks don't win many games by only 1 run and they haven't beaten the M's by only 1 run in over 10 victories(During a 20 game span).. It's just not good value.. Bet less and win more with the M's money line or leave it alone

To put it in even more perspective the M's have only one 1 of their 10 victories over the last 20 meetings by only 1 run.. These games DO NOT END in 1 run victories/losses.. But it's your bets =)
