simp def, what do you mean by travel day? The Pads have been in Chicago for the past three days now, so travel is no longer a factor here. Perhaps I'm just misunderstanding what you mean by travel day. Do you mean its a travel day for the ball, meaning, the ball will travel (carry)?

Mat grew up in Virginia and then moved to Florida in high school. He is so used to humidity. He played all up and down the east coast growing up.

But travel is after the game, so it doesn't affect them for this game. You can say that travel might affect them for tomorrow's game in Milwaukee, perhaps, but since it's only like a two hour drive time, then I don't think it will be a factor either.

Hmm, considering that SD does get hot in the summer time, I don't think heat will be a problem. Humidity might be a problem though, since SD is not really a humid type of city, but I think Latos can handle the humidity, considering what PuckCoach has just written about him. Anyways, if Latos is pitching well today, then I think the manager will let him pitch for 6 innings like usual, since they do want to limit his innings.
