they're a top team when they are playing well, if you watched them in the series against the Reds they played great baseball. Just haven't been able to beat the bad teams this year, pretty pathetic if you ask me

You're right but.. "when they are playing well".. if the Bucs/Cubs/O's are playing well, they are also able to beat their opponents.. it's all about the little word called "when".
