This is no longer a play for me.

The total has dropped from 8.5 to 7.5. Why? Danks typically gets ripped by MIN on the road, so if the total is dropping -- especially when the over's a public play -- something is up for MIN backers IMHO.

I also initially liked StL tonight, but that number's awfully resistant to change given how much the public is pounding the Cards.

Tis why I'm all over Chicago. Danks is money tonight..@ +110

I don't understand the Danks on the road vs Twins hate. Sure, he's had some bad ones. You face a team as many times as Danks has faced the Twins and your bound to. His last 4 games in Minny have gone 6ip/6er, 7ip/3er, 7ip/3er, and 7ip/2er. For anyone who actually watched the 6ip/6er game, they know those numbers are inflated. Danks should have been out of the inning when a misplay allowed a ball to drop which led to all 6 runs. He pitched a scoreless inning before that and 4 scoreless after that. It was actually a well pitched game with no help from his defense to give him an ugly final line. So that's 4 in a row in Minny that were pretty good games. Not to mention his 2 at home this year vs Minny went for 8ip/1er and 6ip/1er and that adds up to 6 straight good-great starts for Danks vs Minny.
