a's offense is very weird, it will be cold for days and then they explode for like 12 runs, on a consistent basis though the offense is bad, they have probably the highest % of games in which they score 3 or less runs.

if it wasnt for connor jackson being called up last night we probably would have got no hit.

While watching the game yesterday, I was dumbfounded to hear that Conor Jackson's HR last night was ONLY the 3rd by the A's in the month of August. That's unbelievable to only have 3 bombs as a team halfway through the month.

Didn't a team hit back to back to back to back over the weekend?
