Given the moneyline and total, why are NL home teams less likely to score first?

It could be sway by line up construction here's an intersting list of the OPS/Runs/HRS for the batting orders by slot

    NL
    1) 732/180/1176
    2) 734/146/1071
    3) 836/291/1122
    4) 789/272/1008
    5) 794/265/989
    6) 746/202/812

    AL
    1) 695/79/987
    2) 742/162/929
    3) 788/192/911
    4) 823/279/915
    5) 793/232/813
    6) 738/200/719

You can see the Huge discrepancy in the number for the 1 and 3 hitters in the NL; two of the 3 player guaranteed to bat in the first inning.

Now do you have the stats for how this turned out for 2009 and/or 2008

Hey, my last post was edited without my consent. So a tree with a big branch looking kind of like a schlong is against the rules? Well try to stop this!

Gonna say a brother carrying his wiener nestled with... I mean hot dog and two burgers is inappropriate?

Are you sure those numbers are accurate? If so, the top of NL lineups are outright better than AL counterparts.

And it looks like I can't post images anymore... all because I posted a tree and hot dog.
