i saw this same pitching matchup in MN last month, 7-4 twins

i dont see the game going any different than last months really and mauer is hitting better now

also, two of the whitesox runs were courtesy of the old twins closer john rauch who has now been replaced with matt capps.

pretty sure he gave 4 up that game, just under a month ago and since then i think hes only faced teams like baltimore and seattle

Floyd is hot, at home and the Twins injury bug is crackin right now. Not surprising if twins won but that floyd stat is crazy! Liriano gave up 4 in his first 4 last game I think

The last time Gavin Floyd has given up more then 2 earned runs was June 2 2010 to the Rangers.He has not given up more then 1 earned run in his last 6 home games either. This guy is pitching amazing. He is averaging about 7 innings per game in this amazing run and has not allowed more then 3 walks in any of those games and only allowed more than 6 hits once since that Rangers game. Liriano does not have the best numbers when it comes to pitching in Chicago either. In his last 3 games he has pitched there he has pitched 14 2/3 innings allowing 15 Earned runs and 12 walks and only 7 K's. I like the White Sox tonight. Good luck with your play though tonight.
