Phillies/FLA over 7.5 Both pitchers suck vs. opponent and both pens blow. On the other hand ump leans fairly heavy towards unders and Philly missing Howard, Utley, and Vic is less than heartening. Still I think 7.5 is a pretty low # considering all aspects.
Also like the ff under 5 in Zona v Nats. Both starters looking good so far and neither offense has seen them. Keeping the pens out of the equation is key. Both o's can score in bunches but r all or nothing imo.
