What is the benefit of taking an if bet instead of a straight parlay?
    thanks

If win bets are mostly for games starting at different times, if u think ur for sure game starts at 7:05pm then bet it as your first if win, then list a few after. The beauty of if wins are that u put it win 500 on fav win that, then bet ur second fav of the day (say has a 1:05 start), Which maybe u only play for like 300, then u won 200 no matter what if ur second game loses, but are at different times

I mean is the payout better than a parlay payout?

To my understanding its just a series of straight bets, so if you bet team A to win (1.1 to win 1) then bet team B to win (1.1 to win 1) then your total profit will be 2, so you essentially bet risked 1.1 units to win a maximum of 2.

With a parlay betting the same scenarios you would have received around 2.6 units risking that same 1.1.

Short answer, no the payout is not better, but if your 1st bet hits and your second doesn't you don't lose as much, however if the first bricks and the second hits you lose the same as you would with the parlay.
