Regular Season Recap

Well, overall I would definitely say we had a successful season. Here is the recap for the year since I started posting. I plan on posting plays for the playoffs using a similar methodology to what I used during the regular season. I do not feel I have enough of a sample size for the post season to be comfortable betting the plays myself at this point. I want to keep track of it for this year and then I will make my determination from there. With that said, if you are following my plays, consider betting a smaller percentage then what you would normally wager until we start to get a feel for how they are going to turn out. I still believe there will be value in the plays I make and +EV. I am just not sure how much and that is why I will wait to actually make the plays myself.

This will be my last post for any MLB games this season. As I had said after the regular season I was not sure whether or not there would be value in betting the post-season. I can’t say for certain with the amount of games left that there still might not be value, however, with all the other sports that I am handicapping right now, this is more of a distraction than anything else. I will wrap everything up in my next post for the regular season and give a full recap. I have decided that the postseason is just not worth my time and effort and will most likely not consider it again in the future.

2010 season final recap

Here is the recap for the entire season and small portion of postseason that had plays. As I said in my last post, I will most likely not consider any plays next year for the postseason as there is too much other handicapping to be done and not enough value to keep betting MLB. The following recap includes a ROI based on a +100 investment per bet, I know there were some bets that had some negative juice but when I looked at all the plays made for the season, I didn't think it made a very big difference considering the vast majority of plays were on underdogs. If you have any questions regarding the recap or my handicapping, please don't hesitate to ask. Hopefully, next year we will have an even better season and I will be posting starting the beginning of the regular season. Until next season, best of luck with all your other sports and look for me in all the major sports as I am working on systems for them all!
