Well yesterday was a one and one day. The reds mike leake killed me in the second inning, when he decided that he would go wild and give up 6 runs to a team that usually can't score 6 runs in a game, much less one inning. That game kind of ruined my whole day. The second game I took the Sox in game 1 and they came through in a big way. They pounded the Tigers all over the field and Buerhle looked great not giving up much. So one and one is better then 0-2, but today we will go for perfection. Lets get started.
Cincinnati Reds -140 over the Pittsburgh Pirates
This is the third day in a row, I have went with the Reds and so far they are one and one with me. They had one bad inning yesterday and it cost them the game and they made a valid comeback, but just came up short. Today they will send Cueto to the mound. Johnny Cueto is 10-2 with a 3.32 era on the season. He has pitched well in his career and this season against the Pirates. He has thirty major league wins and 8 of those have came against the Pirates. He is 2-0 with a 1.35 era and pitched a 1 hitter against them in three starts this season. Jeff Karstens will take the mound for the Pirates today. He is 2-6 with a 4.42 era this season and hasnt pitched very well, but has pitched better as of late. His team decided that he didn't need any runs support as of late. He is 0-2 with a 2.50 era in his last three starts. He has not fared well against the Reds in his career going 0-3 with a 6.45 era over 6 games against them. The Pirates will be without their stolen base leader in Andrew Mcutchen who was hit in the head yesterday by Mike Leake. I will take the Reds here to bounce back and take this series.
Toronto Blue Jays +1.5 (-128) over the New York Yankees
Well it seems that Toronto has the Yankees number. I don't know what it is about these two teams, but when Toronto plays the Yankees its like they play at another level and the Yankees go to the can. The Blue Jays will send Shaun Marcum to the mound today to try to complete a three game sweep of the Yankees. He is 10-4 with a 3.24 era this season. He has won all three of his starts since coming back from a injury and has posted a 2.04 era in his return. The Yankees will send Phil Hughes to the mound today. He is 12-4 with a 4.07 era on the season. He is struggling right now and honestly I don't trust him and I feel he is overated. He always has gotten big prices and he never delievers. He is 2-3 with a 6.17 era in his last 6 starts and he has been pounded for 12 homers. That does not go well for him considering Toronto is still one of the league leaders in home runs. The Jays have taken 5 of 8 from the Yankees this year.

Good luck today guys lets win some money
