    Fade the Rays on Monday?
Tampa's coming off a big, emotional series win vs. the Yankees with a lot of tight ballgames. Twins were able to coast through the M's. You're getting Pavano in a career year (won five straight road decisions) at basically even money against a guy making his MLB debut (Jeremy Hellickson). Twins have won 8 in a row and 5 straight on the road. However, Morneau's still out and possibly Mauer, and the Rays are streaking as well.

    Thoughts?

It should be noted that the Twins 5 straight road wins were against Baltimore and KC.

Line seems fair. Despite the great run, I don't really trust Pavano. He's still Carl Pavano.

Hellickson has a 2.45 ERA, 123 strikeouts and 35 walks in 21 Triple-A starts this season, but it looks like the Rays are just going to either send him back down after this start or keep him in their bullpen like they did with David Price in 2008.

Fade the best team in baseball? Why? This Hellickson kid is going to be a stud, leads the league in wins, strikeouts and ERA, think Price like stuff. That said you never know what they will do right off the farm, I'm going to pass and look a little harder at the under. Good luck men.

I guess it's cursory, albeit, but from the research and video I've gone through on this Hellickson kid I think I'm getting about 20-25 cents of value on this home-play tomorrow.

No Morneau? Yeah, well, he's been out for a while, so it's sort of irrelevant to project that onto this match-up.

No Mauer? Eh. It remains to be seen.

I'm taking a calculated risk with the Rays.

                                                      Good luck to all.

He is 12-3 in AAA only 35 walks. But this is a spot start for him in the bigs and will most definetly be on a pitch count, this might come down to the Rays bullpen one way or another

The Twins have a lot more good MLB hitters than most realize, just don't get the East coast pub.! i.e. Kubel, Cuddyer, Hudson, Span, and one of THE hottest bats in the AL right now, Delmon Young 2nd most RBI in July by a Twin, only Hrbek in 84 had 1 more. Tuff going against Rays @ home, but Pavano is out of his mind right now & can SO anyone. BOL
